Compliance

As a provider you will have a compliance review every 3 years. New providers will have their review during their first year of certification. It’s important that you start gathering the required documents when you learn of the review. If you have questions it’s okay to call the reviewer and ask. Being prepared is the key to a successful compliance review.

Below are some resources from the DODD website to help you with your review. If you have any questions please contact the Provider Relations Manager, Sherrie Simmons at ssimmons@knoxdd.com
